From Gastro pubs & hotels to Super yachts in the Mediterranean & South Pacific Jamie's career so far has taken him around the World catering for some of the World's most discerning guests. From baking his own bread daily, creating exquisite pastries & desserts in a 2 rosette restaurant to outside catering on barges & private estates Jamie has honed his skills in all areas of the kitchen & creates unique menus based on the season's best ingredients from quality local & international suppliers. 

Where most Chef's focus solely on the food element Jamie works closely with his front of house manager Joni to ensure all elements of the dining experience excel guest expectations, from his hand crafted unique cocktails down to making his own house cultured butter exclusively for our dining guests.
